LELRR Holiday Wine Fundraiser

HOLIDAY WINE FUNDRAISER OPEN 11/25/24 - 12/4/24

Support Lake Erie Labrador Retriever Rescue with your purchase of these unique wines!  Debonne Vineyards & Double Wing Brewing Co. will donate $5 from each bottle sold. 

OPTION 1: LELRR Label Option. Select wines with the LELRR Holiday Logo Label. 

OPTION 2: Personalized photo label option. For an additional $5, add your own photo and custom message to the customizable label. Email your photo to [email protected] and your wine will feature your own personal photo and message. Reprints (additional bottles) of the same label are +$2. 

LELRR and Debonne are offering a 10% case discount on 12 bottles of the same variety. Receive an even bigger discount when you add your personalized photo to a full case. In addition to the 10% case discount, you may select up to 2 wine varieties (6 bottles of each) in a personalized case and pay only $5 for the customization (no charge for reprints!).

 You MUST add one of the delivery methods below to your cart.  Disregard 'local delivery' verbiage unless you would like to purchase that service. 

PLEASE ADD ONE OF THE DELIVERY METHOD OPTIONS BELOW TO YOUR CART:

1) FREE PICK UP at Debonne Vineyards any time during normal business hours after your order is complete.

2) $5 VALLEY WINE GROUP LOCAL DELIVERY. IF your order is $50-$150, you can pay $5 for local Ohio delivery anywhere in Ashtabula, Lake, Geauga, Cuyahoga or Summit Counties. Orders over $150 deliver FREE. PLEASE ADD LOCAL DELIVERY OPTION TO YOUR CART, IF THIS IS THE DELIVERY METHOD YOU CHOOSE. 

 3) UPS SHIPPING is available outside the local delivery area, including anywhere nationwide (few exclusions apply). Additional shipping charges will be billed in a separate emailed invoice for the actual UPS charges that can be paid securely online or by phone. Your order will not be shipped until the digital invoice has been paid or you have paid for shipping by phone. Please note that UPS shipping on 1-3 bottles can be proportionately expensive (more than the wine). If you would like a quote on shipping before you place your order, call the number below.
